2. Make real-time inquiries through the website’s chat service
If you would like to receive real-time inquiry, you can do so by clicking the chat consultation icon at the bottom right of the website. However, please understand that a response may not be provided immediately. Operating hours are generally from 1:00 to 6:00 PM on weekdays.
3. Send email directly to inquiry email address
You can also send inquiries directly to MUSIA support email rather than through the website or product.
